WHAT COACHING IS NOT:
THERAPY
Coaching focuses on the present and future, rather than exploring past trauma or deep psychological issues. It’s about practical strategies for growth. Coaching is forward focused and takes what is going well and helps to make it better
CONSULTING OR MENTORSHIP
Coaches don’t offer expert solutions (consulting) or share personal experience-based advice (mentorship). Instead, they guide clients to find answers within themselves and then support them to take aligned action, keep them accountable and provide information and resources where required.

A CLIENT CENTERED APPROACH - Focuses on empowering clients to define their own health and wellness goals, rather than prescribing solutions.
ACTION ORIENTATED - Helps clients create actionable, sustainable plans for achieving their goals through gradual habit changes.
FOCUS ON BEHAVIOR CHANGE - Guides clients in building new, healthier routines while addressing obstacles to long-term success.
HOLISTIC PERSPECTIVE - Considers all aspects of well-being, including nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, and emotional health
COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIP - Coaches and clients work as equals, with the coach supporting and guiding rather than directing.

Through this Private Client Website you will have a record of:
- record of your payments/invoices
- all your past and upcoming appointments
- your courses
- your client log where notes from your sessions are kept
- your Pre session strategy questions
- Your post session recap forms
- recordings of all our coaching calls
- all other documents, videos, articles, journals, worksheets that I may upload to support your coaching journey
SECURITY & CONFIDENTIALITY
Is this client center (Coaches Consol) and my data secured and safe?
Yes! In fact, there are 3 levels of security: provided to keep your data safe and confidential:
- Username and password protected;
- Verisign Security Certificate protects your data on this site;
- Secured pages (https://)
Is my information confidential?
Yes. This site is protected by a username/password system. You are the only one with has access to your information.
PRIVATE CLIENT ACCESS: TRAINERIZE APP - WORKOUTS AND NUTRITION PROGRAMS
All workout programs (revised bi monthly) will be uploaded to my FIT, FLEXIBLE & FUELED program hosted on the TRAINERIZE APP
Upon payment of your FIT, FLEXIBLE & FUELED coaching program you will be sent an email to download the app to your phone and register your (private account) - there is no cost to you for this app.
All your workout programs, daily health habits, meal tracking, and just in time coaching via in app messaging will occur through this private portal
This coaching app is separate to my Coaches Consol portal but both are used to deliver my fitness, nutrition and coaching services and give you the optimal coaching experience for best results.
PRIVATE CLIENT ACCESS: MAHA YOGA ONLINE MEMBERSHIP
If you purchase any of my coaching programs you will automatically have full access to all classes, how to videos, free short courses and challenges for free for as long as you are in the coaching program
These classes are hosted via my private online studio hosted on "hey marvelous"
you can access these classes on your desktop or via the app on your phone
Once you sign up to a program I will set up your account and you will be able to access all classes as soon as you register.
If you are not in a coaching program the monthly membership fee is $30/month.
THE COACHING AGREEMENT establishes a foundation for our work together.
Coaching services are not in any way to be construed as, or a replacement for, psychotherapy, legal counsel, or medical advice. You are responsible for creating your own decisions and results. You agree not to hold me, or any company I am affiliated with, liable for any outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from the coaching process.
As your coach, you can expect me to:
- Be a partner in bringing out the best, the deepest, and the truest in you
- Provide safety, encouragement and support; an environment in which you can relax and explore
- Respect the confidentiality of the agreements we make
- Expand your view of what is possible and promote discovery of new insights
- Give you input, straight feedback and operate as a sounding board
- Listen carefully to what you say and ask questions that increase awareness
- Be an on-going resource for you in accomplishing your intentions
- Continue with my ongoing education and training to remain up to date with required skills, current information and trends in the Health and Wellness Industry
AS YOUR HEALTH AND WELLNESS COACH I WILL SUPORT YOU WITH

AS MY CLIENT I EXPECT THAT YOU WILL:
- Cultivate a core honesty with yourself
- Commit yourself to intentions and agreements that are truly meaningful and significant to you
- Be open to my feedback, and keep me honestly informed as to what is and is not working for you
- Take ownership for your progress and your accomplishments
- Prioritize and commit to your in-person coaching sessions as well as all action steps and items you agree to.
OUR COACHING CALLS - How are they conducted
We meet in person via Zoom - I send email you the link and you simply click on it (you don't need a zoom account).
Make sure you are in a place free of distractions and interruptions and is quiet and that you have a stable internet connection. Sometimes our sessions require deep reflection and honest sharing and being in the right environment will allow for both. Having our sessions while you are driving, in a restaurant or coffee shop or a noisy home or office will not allow either of us to show up in the best way.
Before each meeting you will be asked to complete "Pre Session Call Strategy Questions" .This helps us both prepare for our meeting and allows us to get the most value out of our time together. I may also include other forms/questions as are relevant to your coaching journey.
Post Session Recap: 30 minutes after our call you will receive this form which allows you to reflect on and process your insights and takeaways from our coaching session. It's like a personal journal that will allow you to record and integrate your learning experiences into your daily life. It is optional to do this - only answer if you want to and if it serves your coaching experience. Your answers will be recorded in your private client log and I'll make comments, give feedback and offer support as is appropriate. Or simply make a note of your answers elsewhere on your computer or in your journal.
Can I contact you in between our scheduled coaching sessions?
Yes! In the event that you would like support on something that comes up in between our calls, you can post an inquiry to the Client Log and we can have "just in time" coaching via your Private Client Website. I will get back to you within 12 hours if not sooner.
To reschedule/cancel
- Log into your Private Client Website Area.
- Click on the Calendar Menu.
- Locate and click on the appointment you wish to cancel/reschedule
- Click on either cancel or reschedule. If you select "reschedule" you will see options appear and you can choose your new day and time
- Your calendar will update itself, you'll see your new appointment reflected and I will receive an email notification letting me know of the change.
Please note that this requires a 24hr notice. If an emergency arises and you cannot reschedule in that 24 hr window you can text me at email me at $WEBSITE_EMAIL$ and I will do my best to reschedule you at my earliest convenience within that same week.
Should I have to reschedule our appointment I will give you 24hr notice. Should an emergency arise on my part and I cannot give you 24hrs notice I will email and text you to reschedule. I will make sure that it happens that same week at a time that suits us both.
NO SHOWS: If you do not arrive for an appointment, I will NOT be able to reschedule you and that appointment will be "counted" as 1 of your coaching calls as per your coaching agreement.
THE SYSTEM OF CONFIDENTIALITY
The Coach represents, warrants and agrees as follows:
All information provided by the Client to the Coach during the course of the coaching relationship will be deemed "Confidential Information" and kept strictly confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Coach will not disclose any communications, either verbal or written, that have taken place either between the Coach and the Client or with regard to this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Client.
This confidentiality restriction also applies to testimonials, which the Coach may use for promotional reasons only with the consent of the Client. The Client may request anonymity in connection with any testimonials to be used.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, "Confidential Information" does not include information that is:
(a) previously known to the Coach prior to discussions regarding this Agreement, free from any obligation to keep it confidential, or
(b) publicly disclosed by the Client either prior to or subsequent to the receipt by the Coach of such information, or
(c) independently developed by the Coach without any access to Confidential Information, or
(d) rightfully obtained by the Coach from a third party lawfully in possession of Confidential Information who is not bound by confidentiality obligations to the Client.
The Coach may disclose Confidential Information if required to do so under applicable law, rule or order; provided that the Coach, where reasonably practicable and to the extent legally permissible, provides the Client with prior written notice of the required disclosure. The Coach will return, or at the Client's request, destroy, all copies of the Confidential Information in the Coach’s possession or control upon termination of this Agreement.
PAYMENTS:
Payments are made via a secure portal (Stripe or Paypal). Your credit card is automatically deducted. If you are purchasing on a payment plan my office will automatically process your monthly payment on the 1st of each month for the agreed to payment period.
If you are purchasing a course it will be uploaded into the COURSES section of your private client portal - either to be viewed immediately or the content will be "dripped" out to you as per the curriculum. You will receive email notifications each time a new section of your course is released.

- LOG A MIN OF 2 WORKOUT SESSIONS/WEEK (OR 80% OF YOUR AGREED TO WEEKLY WORKOUTS),
- SIGN OFF ON YOUR DAILY HEALTH HABITS,
- SUBMIT YOUR MEAL PICTURES/LOG YOUR MEALS & HYDRATION GOALS
- AND HAVE 80% ADHERENCE TO YOUR NUTRITION GUIDELINES THROUGHOUT THE PROGRAM
AND YOU STILL DON'T SEE RESULTS AT THE END, I WILL WORK WITH YOU FOR FREE UNTIL YOU DO
SHOULD YOU SIGN UP AS MY CLIENT HOW DO YOU GET STARTED?
If we are a good fit and you are ready to be coached you will be asked to:
- Create your private client portal within my Coaches Consol software, with your private password
- Read through and sign the coaching TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Make payment for your agreed coaching package via stripe or paypal
- Complete the relevant forms I will place in your private portal
- Schedule our first coaching session
ACCESSING THE PRIVATE CLIENT AREA
What is the "Register Now" link and when would I use it?
Once you have purchased your coaching package you will receive an email with details on how to set up your account to access your private client portal. When you "register" I will be notified that your account has been created and will need to activate your account. This could take up to 24 hours.
How do you access your private client area and how log in?
Click on the CLIENT LOG IN link which can be found on my website home page. Then enter the username and password that has been assigned to you. Don't have login information yet? Contact me so we can get an account created for you.
I have a password that I use for most of my on-line accounts. Can I change the password you assigned to me?
Yes. You will need to log in initially using the password I assigned to you. Once you log in, you can change your password at any time in your Client Profile page, that you find under the FORMS tab.
What if I forget or lose my password and login information?
If you simply forgot your password, you can still go to the Login page by clicking the Login link. Click on the blue link "forgot password" to the right of the "Login" button and, in the new "Forgot Password" window, enter your username and click on the "Continue" button. You will receive an email shortly with your password included.
If you misplaced both your username and password, contact me and I will forward you your information.
I’m trying to log in, but it will not accept my username or password, what do I do?
Remember that the login information is case sensitive, so enter it exactly like it was given to you. Also, type in your login credentials and DO NOT copy/paste it, as this procedure can include empty spaces, which count in a password, thus rendering incorrect.
Again, if you do not remember your login credentials, you can contact me via email and I'll forward them to you.
